Refund policy
At SoulArt Energy Designs, each product is made to order through our print-on-demand partners. Because items are produced specifically for each order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, color, or a change of mind.
That said, we stand behind the quality of our products and will gladly assist if there is an issue with your order.
Returns
We do not accept returns. In approved cases, customers are not required to send the item back and may keep it.
Refunds & Replacements
A refund or replacement may be offered if one of the following applies:
• The item arrived damaged or defective
• There is a manufacturing or printing error
• The wrong item, design, or size was sent
• An item is missing from the order
To be eligible, customers must contact us within 30 days of delivery and provide clear photo evidence of the issue.
Once reviewed and approved, we will offer either:
• A replacement at no additional cost, or
• A refund, issued to the original payment method
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or replacements are not offered for:
• Incorrect size or color ordered by the customer
• Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
• Minor color variations due to screen settings
• Normal wear and tear
• Minor print placement variations (up to 0.5"), which are considered acceptable in direct-to-garment printing
We strongly encourage customers to review size charts carefully before placing an order.
Shipping & Delivery Issues
If an order is returned to the carrier or marked as undeliverable due to an incorrect address or unsuccessful delivery attempt, we may offer a reprint (additional charges may apply) or a partial refund, depending on the situation.
